2. General Terms & Conditions

2.1 This Policy applies to the information Company can collect via the User’s Device through his/her use of Application.

2.2 Using Application implies User’s unreserved consent to this Policy and to the processing of the Personal Data collected from User’s device under the conditions set out herein. In the event of non-acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, User shall refrain from using Application.

2.3 This Policy of Application applies to all the information that Company can obtain about User through his/her use of Application.

2.4 Company does not control over and declines any and all responsibility or liability for content, privacy policy or information practices of any third-party sites or services User may access through the links provided in Application. These sites may collect or request some other personal information, as well as imply some other practices.

2.5 This Policy is only applicable to this Application. Company declines any and all responsibility or liability for all the information User gives to third parties (as well as for the consequences of such data transfer) if User gives this information on third party sites or services, which User may access through the links provided in Application.

2.6 Company does not verify the accuracy of Personal Data provided by User and does not exercise control over User’s legal capability.

2.7 Company relies on Users to provide accurate personal information, as well as to maintain it up-to-date.

2.8 By Installing Application on the mobile device, User thus gives Company consent to the collection, processing, logging, systematization, storage, modification, anonymization, deletion, alteration, use of User’s Personal Data in order to provide services under the agreements concluded between User and Company.

3.1. User’s Personal Data processing is conducted under the law of the Russian Federation.

3.2. In this Privacy Policy, User’s Personal Data shall be understood as: personal information that User directly gives to Company upon creating a user’s profile, sign-up, etc., as well as information submitted through his/her use of Application (name, surname, sex, age, e-mail address, etc.); data, which is automatically collected through use of Application, including, but not limited to: an IP-address, device type, etc., as well as the information uploaded by User via Application, including files and images.

3.3. When using Application, the following information can be requested and collected:

• User information. On creating a user’s profile and/or sign-up, Company requests some information about User, e.g.: name, surname, sex, date of birth, e-mail address, telephone number. Company can also request additional information.
• Information about the smartphone or other device: Company collects data about User’s smartphone or other devices including: device type, operating system version, version of Application.
• Geolocation data: location services of User’s smartphone or other devices, as well as GPS data transmitted by User’s smartphone or other devices, enable Company to obtain information on User’s current location.
• Information on the conducted operations and transactions: upon User’s sign-up for sports events, payments for services, money transfers and so on, Company collects information on the time of transactions, transactions amount, types of payment options, as well as descriptions of payments purposes, should there be any, and any additional information related to the abovementioned transactions.

3.4. Company processes User’s Personal Data for:

• identifying the other party of the agreements and contracts concluded with Company;
• providing User with products/services, non-exclusive license, access to Application, its services;
• communication with User;
• checking, researching and analyzing the data which help support and improve Application performance;
• providing the operation of Application;
• conducting statistical and other research using anonymized data.

4.1. Company takes all necessary precautionary measures to protect User’s Personal Data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction, as well as from any other cases of unlawful use.

4.2. Company restricts access to User’s Personal Data only to Company’s employees, contractors, and affiliates who need that information to ensure the operation of Application, to provide services, sell products, to enable User to obtain non-exclusive license.

4.3. Company is entitled to use the information provided by User, including Personal Data, in order to ensure compliance with the requirements of the current legislation of the Russian Federation (and specifically, in order to prevent and/or stop User’s illegal and/or unlawful acts). User’s Personal Data can only be disclosed in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation by court order, at the request of law enforcement agencies, and in other cases, as provided for in the Russian Federation legislation.

4.4. Company does not verify the accuracy of the information provided by Users, and relies on Users to conscientiously give accurate and complete information, as well as to promptly update the previously provided information should the need arise.

5. Terms of Use of Application

5.1.By using Application, User confirms that:

• he/she has all the necessary rights to sign up (create a user’s profile) and to use Application;
• provides all the necessary accurate personal information required to make use of Application. User provides any extra information at his/her own discretion;
• he/she is aware, that all the information User posts on Website about him/herself, may become available to third parties, not covered by this Privacy Policy, and can be copied and distributed by them;
• he/ she has read this Policy, consents to it and agrees to the rights and obligations specified herein. Reading these terms of Policy, as well as checking the box under the link to this Policy, is User's written consent (accept) to the collection, storage, processing of the personal data provided by User, including User’s Personal Data transfer to third parties.

5.2. Company does not verify the accuracy of the information received (collected) about Users, unless it is necessary in order for Company to fulfill Its obligations to User.

7. Changes to Privacy Policy and the Applicable Law

7.1. Company reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy. Should any changes to Policy occur, the day of the last update is indicated

7.2. The new version of this Policy shall become effective once posted on Website, unless otherwise is stipulated in such new version hereof.

7.3. This Privacy Policy and the relations between User and Company arising in connection with the application of this Policy are governed by the law of the Russian Federation.

7.4. Users are obliged to review this Privacy Policy for changes from time to time to make sure they familiarize themselves with the up-to-date version of Policy.
